Starting with selecting the appropriate materials, designing fixtures and tool first articles, assuring that dimensions are correct and new concepts are being applied, cutting parts to defined specifications, and adhering to the qualified quality inspections process during production, are all steps in our process that assure the parts produced will function properly.
Ultimately, the final step in our process is thorough inspection by members of the QC department prior to distribution to the market.
